I knew it!!!

According to this article curry is not only good for you but can help you to lose weight. I don't know whether it is true or not but I think that Barnes and I will definitely put the theory to the test when we catch up for lunch today!

    Though i think the whole increase the metabolic rate due to the spice as a weight loss strategy has as much benifit as the running the muffin you at morning off by taking a lunch time job.

  4. And men are only finding this out now? Women have known this for EVER. And it's not just curry, it's chilli too. Both work - as long as you remember to put the Sorbent in the freezer before dinner.
